1. Prices quoted are for self-collection at Lakeside MRT Station at a pre-arranged date and time upon confirmation of order.
2. All terrariums may not come with a box. If a box is required for terrariums without boxes, a fee will be charged which will depend on the size of box.
3. Though we encourage self-collection, but if delivery is required, a fee of :
(a) S$10 will be charged per location for delivery outside CBD and without entry to ERP.
(b) S$15 will be charged per location for delivery inside CBD or with entry to ERP.
4. A care tips tag will be tied to each terrarium for easy reference.
5. A small blank tag will be tied to the bottle upon request. This is for you to write your message if required.
6. Orders for Terrariums which are not available in stock will require at least 8-14 days for observation after confirmation of order to ensure plants are growing healthily before handover.
7. All terrariums are decorated with handpicked seashells from shores which are thoroughly washed and cleaned. We do not allow customers to pick and choose the seashells used in the terrariums. Usage of seashells are at our discretion.
8. All terrariums may differ from the photographs featured in this webpage during collection as plants are living things and they tend to grow.
9. If a design is to be repeated on the request of a customer, note that there bound to be a little difference as this is handcrafted and plants are living things, each has a different shape and size.
