1. Check the code number(s) of your preferred terrarium in this site under "Available Stock".
2. Note that each code number comes in one piece only.
3. As plants are living things, items collected may differ a little from the photograph featured in the webpage.
4. Email your order to pearlyshinyshells@gmail.com stating the code number(s) and your preferred collection date and time. If it is a customised order, kindly provide details of your preference for the terrarium to be made.
5. Upon confirmation of the availability of your order, payment has to be made via bank transfer as soon as possible to secure the order.
6. All items can only be reserved up to 24 hours after confirmation of availability.
7. After payment has been made, the date and time of collection should also have been confirmed by then.
8. Please note that collection of your terrarium(s) will be at Lakeside MRT Station.
9. Deliveries to locations other than Lakeside MRT Station will be charged accordingly.
